The University pursues to instruct its pupils in the self governing and autonomous fashion that leverages the acknowledge of individual rights to fulfill societal accountability to encourage and motivate inspirational consciousness and esteem for a cooperative environment of scholarship. Charisma University assures liberty, autonomy, and sovereignty of artistic rights to faculty in the pursuit of producing a culture of student inquisitiveness and open-mindedness. Charisma University’s faculty hold the responsibility to employ judgment in choosing appropriate themes that support knowledge attainment and education that aligns with curriculum and professional requirements and institutional academic objectives.

Thus, they should always be precise in their speech, exercise appropriate restraint, as well as be respectful toward others’ opinions.
