Faculty Bio
Dr. Charles Anosike is a committed lifelong learner, systems thinker and a sustainability advocate. He joined Charisma University with over 20 years experience in management and information technology consulting. He promotes and facilitates systems thinking to help organizations and policy-makers improve understanding of how complex systems work to foster collective leadership. He is the founder of Center for System Leadership & Sustainability-CSLS. Anosike has consulted and served in various government agencies in Nigeria. He attended American Intercontinental University, where he obtained his BFA-Visual Communication and MIT-IT project management. Charles Anosike obtained his Doctorate in Business Administration-Leadership specialization from Walden University. He is a fellow of Chartered Management Institute, UK-FCMI, Institute of Management Consultants -FIMC, American Academy of Project Management-FAAPM. He is a Green project manager, a Chartered Management Practitioner-CMP, and a member of Nigerian Institute of Management-MNIM (Chartered). His doctoral dissertation titled "Sustainability Efforts of One Oil Company in Niger Delta of Nigeria" was published in Proquest/UMI dissertation database (Open Access).
