Monya Parker has worked in the HR field for 25 years. She currently works for Trane Technologies as a Human Resources Business Partner where she provides critical support in the development and implementation of key strategic HR initiatives that achieve optimal business results. She has an MBA in Human Resources degree coupled with hands-on and progressive experience in all facets of Human Resources Management, Training, Recruiting and Employee Relations and is highly knowledgeable on sourcing techniques, recruitment strategy, process administration, and current employment laws. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
