Faculty Bio

Samuel Fadare PhD, obtained his doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, Virginia, USA.   He has contributed peer-reviewed articles to a number of international academic journals and regularly publishes articles in Nairametrics, (a business and financial markets publication) as well as Financial Nigeria, (a monthly development & finance print and web journal.) He earned a first degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University and a second degree from the University of Lagos, both in Economics. He also obtained an MSc in Finance and Investments from the University of Edinburgh, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Manchester. He is a member of several professional bodies including the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and the Institute of Chartered Stockbrokers of Nigeria.   He has significant experience working or consulting for financial institutions in the areas of Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, and other forms of Independent Operational and Compliance Reviews across Europe, North America, and Africa including with Ecobank, Barclays Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Morgan Stanley & Co.
