DNP 750 Project Management in Nursing Practice

Through this course, candidates develop both project management skills necessary for improving health care delivery and people management skills for creating an effective project management environment in a time of crisis or calm. Topics covered are creating and managing project teams, delegation, motivation, conflict resolution, and negotiation are needed to engage stakeholders and build support for project outcomes effectively.
