The course requires students to select research problem through execution of authentic research until the preparation of a completed report along with practical suggestions based on a solid theoretical framework and sound pedagogy. Study goals and objectives as first part of dissertation are the main requirements of the course.
Learning Outcomes:
- Undertake practical research in order to present a dissertation on an issue relating to one Education context.
- Learn how to conduct research through authentic research until the preparation of a completed report along with practical suggestions based on a solid theoretical framework and sound pedagogy.
- Find a research laboratory and identify a dissertation supervisor.
- Seek the help of a proposal advisory committee in defining a dissertation topic, and ultimately, prepare a proposal.
- Form a dissertation committee to guide and evaluate research and, in consultation with the committee, prepare a written dissertation proposal.
