HRM 500 Managing Change in Human Resource


This course provides students with a critical understanding about the theories, principles, historical trends, current issues and practices relevant to managing change in human resource management. By exploring the various roles that HR plays in change management, the student will understand effective management of both human and knowledge capital within the organization.
