HRM 533 Compensation and Benefits Management equips students with strategies for managing compensation and benefits to enhance staff retention, motivation, and competitiveness in talent acquisition. Through this course, students will gain an understanding of the various forms of compensation and benefits management strategies, learn how organizational remuneration policies can positively impact staff retention, motivation, and competitiveness, critically analyze total rewards models to gain competitive advantage, and recognize the pivotal role of compensation and benefits in the Employee Value Proposition.
