HRM 636 Internship in Human Resource Management


This internship course allows students the opportunity to develop relevant work experience and also to explore possible future career choices. This internship course allows students to work within selected companies for a period of three months so that they could experience HRM operations in the real world.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Develop the skills required to administer the HR function.
  • Understand concepts and techniques required to acquire, develop and utilize an organization’s human resources.
  • Submit a comprehensive report of the internship experience.
  • Critically analyze the internship experience using relevant HRM theories.
