Course Description

MBA 605 offers a unique perspective to strategic management by focusing on executive-level corporate strategizing. Therefore, this course examines both evidence-based and practice paths for successful corporate strategic management. In this course, students learn about which businesses merit investment and how such businesses should be managed for maximum performance and competitive advantage. Students also explore the issues and challenges pertinent to executive-level strategizing and how these should be addressed.
