Through this program, students adopt the perspectives of both employees and employers in relation to the effective management of people. Students gain valuable insights pertaining to employee capabilities, important theories and models as well as methods needed for the effective human resource management that enable firms to meet their goals and objectives.

  • Develop, implement, monitor, and effectively evaluate core HR policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Critically analyze the applicability of statutory and legal requirements regarding the administration of HR policies and procedures.
