Course Description

MCA 620 Technical Writing prepares students to produce precise, concise, organized, technical
documents based on complex information. Through this course, students learn writing
competencies by analyzing technical documents’ target audience, tone, and purpose. Students
also learn all the writing components in the workplace context to effectively disseminate
information.
