Faculty Bio
Dr. Amanda Dascomb is a social justice educator who specializes in
language education policy. Her educational background includes a BA and
MA in French and Francophone Studies from the University of Florida, as
well as a Doctorate in Education from the University of Tennessee. Her
interdisciplinary doctoral program combined cultural studies,
instructional design and educational psychology. Her research interests
include language policy, postcolonial studies, social justice education
and cultural studies.
