Business License

In Turks and Caicos Islands, every organization must have a business license. Business license is also required from every institution. It should be noted that a Postsecondary institution’s Business License in Turks and Caicos Islands IS not to be confused with the Ministry of Education License. In short, no postsecondary institution in Turks and Caicos Islands will be permitted to operate without the Ministry of Education License, and the Business License is not issued without a proof that such institution has the required Ministry of Education License. Business license in Turks and Caicos Islands does NOT grant authority or permission for an institution to offer its academic programs and award degrees to students.
