Course Description

ACCT 412 Taxes and Business Strategy II explores the ways that multinational corporations strategically manage taxation. In particular, through this course, students learn how business managers around the world strategically harness taxes in ways that influence the behavior of customers, employees, suppliers and competitors. As a higher-level course, ACCT 412 uses economic, finance, and accounting perspectives to analyze how tax and non-tax factors impact business activities of multinational companies across the globe.
