This course introduces students to organizational and management approaches for schools. Through this course, students learn the fundamental concepts, theories, principles, and processes related to the functional areas of management as applied to schools as organizations. Topics covered in this course include schools as work environments, organizational culture, management strategies, leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning.
