Students learn about the aging process and its associated challenges, comprehensively addressing this crucial public health issue. The course examines biological, psychological, and sociological aspects of aging in the context of health and wellness. Topics covered include clinical preventive services, health behavior change, exercise, nutrition and weight management, mental health, community health, diverse forms of support, and public health policy.
