Course Description

This course examines the competitive strategies and policies emphasizing quality to gain industry advantage in global tourism and hospitality. In this course, students learn the appropriate management theories, approaches, tools, and techniques to ensure quality in different types of destinations, emerging and mature, as well as different products and services in tourism and hospitality.
