This course focuses on leadership and management theories and concepts as they pertain to nursing practice and the provision of care in various healthcare settings. A key emphasis is placed on change theory and quality assurance concepts. The course also explores the development of nurses as leaders and change agents, as well as their roles as consultants and collaborators.
