Course Description

Students will develop essential skills, values, and knowledge to implement positive change within a business firm. Emphasis will be placed on improving motivational skills, moral and ethical values, and overall performance. The course will delve into the elements of transformational leadership, including individualized consideration, intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation, and idealized influence, with a focus on exploration and evaluation.
