Course Description

This course will utilize Gill Hickman’s “Leading Organizations” from SAGE Publications, which incorporates insights from various business authors. Students will primarily delve into the following divisions: inherent leadership context and concepts, the relationship between leaders and participants in organizations, strategic management and implementation, and organizational cultures.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Recognize the importance of critical reflection practices in leadership development.
