Course Description

HRM 437 Team Leadership explores team leadership to maximize performance, enhance individual and team growth, and ensure organizational alignment and benefit. In particular, this course teaches students effective team leadership using the appropriate theories and research on team design, team functioning, managing teams, team growth, and team development. This course also explores tools and techniques that raise teams’ performance levels and help them be optimal.
