Course Description

HRM 473 Ethics in Human Resource Management explores the subject of ethics in employment with respect to human resource management (HRM). This course brings out the complexity of articulating a conception of ethical HRM that goes beyond a shaky affirmation that good ethics is always good for business. Through this course, students learn about the many duties, responsibilities, and issues of care and concern for others that arise within employment and in HRM.
