Course Description

This course focuses on the procedural aspects of legal practice in Commonwealth countries. Emphasis will be placed on the evolution of law, the analysis and synthesis of judicial precedents, and the application of legal reasoning.

  • Thoroughly analyze and interpret relevant legal authorities, including cases, statutes, regulations, and treaties, to discern the governing rules for each.
  • Synthesize relevant rules of law into a coherent analytical framework.
