Course Description

MKT 215 Operations Strategy examines theories, methods, and tools to enable a firm to link operations with strategy to fulfill organizational objectives. This course emphasizes operations management processes and service provision to produce the results that customers or clients seek. Students also critically analyze the significant challenges that firms encounter when formulating operations strategy and how these challenges can be surmounted.
