Through this course, students also learn strategies to generate useful translations of complex English words with Latin origins and the concepts they entail. Students also learn legal terminology for civil and criminal litigation, commercial law, torts and personal injury, contracts, and corporations. Comparisons are also made between legal terminology in England, the United States, and the European Union.
