Prof. Dr. Ian Mackechnie

Ian Mackechnie has been involved in undergraduate and post graduate studies in a number of international universities for over twenty years, including institutions of higher learning in the UK, the USA, Europe, China, Australia, the Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia. Doctor Mackechnie has also been deeply involved in the supervision of doctoral candidates, and teaching in graduate seminars.

Prior to entering academic life, Ian Mackechnie was working in senior management positions in a variety of companies and industries within Australia.

His area of research interest is in the areas of moral theory and business ethics. He currently has a book pending for publication in the area of the moral theory of the famous economist and political philosopher, Adam Smith.

Ian Mackechnie holds a Ph.D. in Business Management from Bulacan State University, a Master of Commerce from the University of Southern Queensland, a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Charles Sturt University, a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of South Australia, a Bachelor of Arts from Griffith University, and an Advanced Diploma in Business (Accounting) from the Box Hill College. He also is an appointed Adjunct Professor with Bulacan State University.

Prof. Dr. Kassey Kalleichelven

Prof. Dr. Kassey Kalleichelven who sits in the Charisma University’s Board of Governance/Directors as a Vice-Chairman, graduated with a double doctorate, Doctor (PhD) of Philosophy in Business Administration (DBA) with Universidad Impresarial de Costa Rica (UNEM) and a dual MBA in Casino Management and Leisure & Tourism Management with European University, Switzerland. His first degree was with Loughborough University, UK and graduated with a second upper class honours in Business Studies.

Prof. Dr. Kassey delivers lectures at Vatel International Business School, Gloustershere and Birmingham Universities’ programs in Singapore. His expert’s areas includes the Hospitality, Construction, Business and Tourism industry. Dr. Kassey is a senior lecturer in many other private universities and schools in the Asian region too.

Prof. Dr. Kassey is also an Exam and Academic Boards member of a few private institutions, like GSTM and TEC International (Singapore)

He is a Life-Coach who holds 28 years of industry experience, specializing in managing people, thriving for a balance in lifestyle, image of individuals and corporate, managing an interview, Fitness and Nutrition and Customer Service/Relationship management. His corporate expertise and experience in Service Quality and Marketing/Sales, coupled with his excellent Customer Relations, had also won him numerous National Awards (Singapore), like the EXSA STAR Awards twice in 2005 and 2008 and the National Courtesy “Transport Gold” Awards twice, 2000 and 2007.

After winning the National Mr. Manhunt Singapore 2000 title, Prof. Dr. Kassey started conducting Personal Grooming training and workshops upon invitation. He sits in major beauty pageant/contest judging panels, both locally and internationally too. To name some, Miss Singapore World, Mrs Singapore, Miss India Singapore, Miss Chinatown and Manhunt Singapore.

He is a certified Workforce Development Authority (WDA) trainer and has completed the Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment (Full ACTA certification). He is also a Training and Development Consultant at many Tourism attractions in Singapore and Indonesia, namely, Sentosa 4D AdventureLand (SENTOSA).

Prof. Dr. Kassey is also a qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer from The Federation of International Sports, Aerobics and Fitness Inc. (FISAF). The former National Youth Soccer International, started training clients and has, till today, trained and helped hundreds to looking healthy, fit and good.

Dr. Siva Sundram

Dr. Siva Sundram, Malaysian, is the Executive Director of Spectrum Education Group.
Siva Sundram has over 28 years of experience in the education and training industry locally and abroad. He has worked extensively in various capacities in the education industry, starting as a Lecturer leading to Program Coordinator, Head of Program Accreditation, Principal, and Chief Executive Officer. He has experience with Quality audits with The Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA), UK, and the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA), Malaysia. He is now actively involved with program development using OBE (Outcome Based Education).

He co-founded Spectrum International College of Technology, Malaysia, Spectrum Institute of Applied Technologies, Malaysia, and Mission Skills Academy. He played an integral part in spearheading Spectrum Education Group’s rapid growth over the years. Spectrum Education Group has established learning centers in Vietnam, Hong Kong, and China.

Dr. Siva Sundram graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Robert Gordan University, UK. He subsequently completed his Master’s in Business Administration with TwinTech University College, Malaysia, and his Doctorate with International American University, US.

Dr. Chris V. Rey

Dr. Rey
The Honorable Dr. Chris V. Rey was born in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands but spent his formidable years in Spring Lake, North Carolina. He graduated from Pine Forest Senior High as a track and field All-American and attended East Carolina University on a full athletic scholarship. As a student leader, he was known for taking the initiative of addressing racial inequality on campus. He was often recognized by university leaders for working to make the campus a more open and diverse epicenter of learning.

In 2000, Dr. Rey enlisted into the U.S. Army as a computer information technology analyst. After two short years, he was commissioned a second lieutenant in the Signal Corps through the U.S. Army Officer Candidate School. Thereafter, he saw deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. His service and leadership in the armed forces earned him numerous military awards and accolades including the Bronze Star, and the Meritorious Service Medal.

After being honorably discharged from the U.S. Army, Dr. Rey began studies at William & Mary School of Law, the nation’s oldest law school. Upon graduation he worked for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) writing cyber security policy for the nation to help address the global threat of cyber-attacks on America.

In 2008 Dr. Rey was elected to be a member of the United States Electoral College to officially cast the ballot to elect the President and Vice President of the United States.

In 2011, at the age of 34, Dr. Rey was elected the youngest Mayor of the City of Spring Lake, North Carolina where he served three terms from 2011 to 2017.

Professionally, Dr. Rey serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships for the March of Dimes, one of the nation’s oldest and most respected non-profit organizations committed to leading the fight for all moms and babies. Most recently Dr. Rey served as the Mid-Atlantic Region Corporate Executive for Sodexo, North America where he directed all business aspects of his district to include account operations, growth, retention, people development, training, accountability and driving all business outcomes for New Jersey’s largest urban school districts servicing over 30,000 students. He also serves as an adjunct professor in the criminal justice departments at the University of Mount Olive where he teaches classes on constitutional law, criminal law, juvenile justice, criminal courts, and cyber-crimes. Dr. Rey has presented around the world most recently in Central America on the importance of local governments having a strategic economic plan for its citizens and growing its community.

Dr. Rey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Information Systems, a Juris Doctor Degree from William & Mary School of Law and currently pursuing an Executive Masters in Cyber Security from Brown University. Dr. Rey is a graduate of the University of Virginia Sorenson Institute for Political Leadership. He is the former Chairman of the Cumberland County Partnership for Children, Board Member of the Fayetteville Technical Community College Foundation, Board Member of the North Carolina Public School Forum and currently serving as International Director of Social Action for Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.

Chris V. Rey is married to Adwoa Rey and they have four children.

Dr. Ivor B. English

Joel DeLeon

Dr. Ivor B. English is a qualified educator, public sector and private sector management professional and Maritime Consultant with over thirty years of managerial experience.

Currently, a lecturer at the University of the Southern Caribbean, and member of that University’s Board of Governors, a member of the University of Guyana Council and Director Tiger Creek INC., a private Company registered in the Co-operative Republic of Guyana.

He started his working life as a teacher and completed studies leading up to a Trained Class One Grade Teacher’s Certificate. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree, Master’s of Philosophy in Management, Master’s of Science Degree in General Maritime Administration, a Post Graduate Diploma in International Studies, a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Diploma in Port Management.
