With over eleven years of teaching experience in diverse subjects, including Management, Economics, Business, Math, Accounting, and Health Care, Dr. Ilyasova is a seasoned educator who is deeply committed to the success of her students. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration, with a focus on Accounting and Finance, and her passion for education is evident in her belief that every student can achieve their goals when guided by the right mentor.
Beyond her academic and professional accomplishments, Dr. Ilyasova has a special talent and fondness for playing the piano, which she considers her professional hobby. Her daily mantra, “Trust God and fear nothing,” reflects her positive outlook and determination.
Charisma University expresses its gratitude to Dr. Donnie Newson, the outgoing Dean of the School of Business, who dedicated two years of service to the university. During his tenure, Dr. Newson played a vital role in shaping new university policies and preparing Charisma University for accreditation by the British Accreditation Council (BAC). He continues to serve on the advisory committee for the university’s Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS).
Dr. Ilyasova is eager to collaborate with Charisma University’s dedicated staff, accomplished faculty, and aspiring students.
