Course Description

This course introduces students to educational administration theory, education policies, leadership, and change. This course critically examines a broad range of topics essential to administration, and their application to the educational field. Through this course, students learn about the significant historical developments in the field at a global level and varying theoretical perspectives. This course covers organizational administration, educational leadership and administration, resource management, administrative authorities, and systems approach to educational administration.
