Charisma University Ph.D. Graduates and three distinguished faculty members present research papers at both Cambridge and Oxford Universities in the United Kingdom

Charisma University is very pleased to announce that two of our recent Ph.D. graduates in Business Administration, Dr. Songyasin Chonpatathip and Dr. Chaiwat Panphet, together with 3 of our distinguished faculty members from Thailand – Prof. Dr. Uthit Siriwan, Prof. Dr. Chotika Ramabut and Prof. Dr. Nutchuda Thitikalaya – have recently presented research papers at both Cambridge and Oxford universities in the United Kingdom.

The team presented their first research paper "The Causal Relationship among Planning, Commitment, Implementation and Organization Change in ASEAN" at the Academic International Conference on Multidisciplinary Studies and Education held at the University of Cambridge, UK, on January 24, 2017.

Following that, on March 13, 2017, the team presented another research paper “"Structural Equation Modeling of the Pariyatti Dhamma Schools' Performance Management in Thailand" at the 3^rd International Conference on Business, Economics, Management & Marketing (ICBEMM 2017) held at the University of Oxford, UK.

Both their research papers employed advanced statistics, such as structural equation modeling and path analysis, and won many accolades from participants at the conferences.

Both Dr. Songyasin Chonpatathip and Dr. Chaiwat Panphet graduated with distinction from Charisma University. They are now part of the academic faculty at the prestigious Mahachulalongkorn Rajavidyalaya University in Thailand.
